Every single junk product or junk Food is in general very diverse, diverse enough to sell to everybody, diverse in colour and packaging, and almost only in colour and packaging: It's the same product, different just in appearance.
Product: Chocolate bar: The same ingredients: Cocoa, sugar, peanut, syrup, biscuit.
Soft drinks: Water, sugar, Food colouring, CO2 and a taste.
Hamburger: Bun, ground beef, tomato, lettuce, mayo, ketch up.
Variety is generally a very good way to attract Clients, even variety in good Foods that exist in the Super markets, since a short time, no more than 30 years, concept that has been adopted by many seemingly health or health Food salesmen, not Doctors because the need in different Food is actually rather little:
Here is a Variety of Vegetables: Potatoes, tomato, lettuce, mushroom, carrot, radish, etc...Of Fruit: Strawberry, orange, banana, pear, peach, etc...Of Legumes: Red beans, white beans, black beans, green peas, etc...Of Cereals: Oat, wheat, corn, barley, etc...Of Fats: Corn oil, Soja oil, canola oil, peanut oil, butter, butter cream, etc...Of Meats: Chicken, turkey, beef, mutton, goat, lamb, etc...Of Nuts: Peanut, cashu, almond, etc...
Our need doesn't go beyond: Protein: Egg, meat, fish or a poultry, a cereal: Wheat or corn mostly, corn that should not be consumed on a daily bases, oat sometimes for certain people, oil: Canola oil for most, beans: Red, black, green peas, white beans and yeast(B Vitamins).
In all those products we have Vitamins: ADE: (k Vitamin made in the Intestine) , the B Vitamins, C Vitamin, amino acids, fatty acids, glucids, dietary fiber, minerals and trace minerals.
There are some trace mineral we will not find in those Foods, but whatever the variety, we won't find them anyway, then supplementation is the choice in this case.
For those who don't buy fruit, a supplementation in C Vitamin is a good idea, C Vitamin being a Vitamin that your Body cannot synthesise by itself like B12 Vitamin and K Vitamin.
Extreme variety in good Food is not a bad thing, but it is not a Health or Medical argument for Nutrition, and obviously the Food Companies don't give any variety in any needful or useful Nutrient.
